Engine help PLEASE!!

I really need some help fella's. Engine will not turn over, and I'm now fearing the worst. (siezed pistons??) I need some help or point me in the right direction of someone who can help strip or re-build the top end of my engine.
Need the van back on the road ready for my my wedding in June, the last of my funds went on buying this engine! can use donor parts off me last engine, but not too sure what I'm doing!?
